My goal is to educate and motivate my clients about the value of good health. I believe training programs should vary according to each person's individual fitness goals. I work with seasoned athletes to seniors. I focus on all aspects of fitness: muscular strength, balance/ flexibility/ stretching, cardiovascular conditioning and weight management.
